HELP WANTED: Painter Prep/Body Shop Technician
Anderson and Koch Ford – North Branch, MN
Are you looking to start a career in the automotive collision repair industry? Anderson and Koch Ford is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Body Shop Technician to join our growing team. What You'll Do:
- Assist technicians with vehicle body repairs and refinishing preparation
- Perform sanding, masking, disassembly, and reassembly tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Learn proper repair procedures and safety practices
- Support the team in delivering high-quality repairs and excellent customer service
What We're Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift, bend, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
- Previous automotive experience is helpful but not required
