About The Role As a Senior Java Full Stack Developer , you will make an impact by designing, developing, and delivering scalable cloud-native applications that support critical business initiatives. You will be a valued member of the engineering team and work collaboratively with architects, developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to build modern, high-performing digital solutions. In This Role, You Will Design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture Build, maintain, and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services to support business-critical applications. Develop cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services and best practices for scalability, reliability, and security. Collaborate with architects, quality engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle. Participate in application modernization initiatives and contribute to technical design discussions and solution architecture. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement performance improvements across applications and services. Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices, coding standards, and Agile development methodologies. Hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot. Strong experience designing and implementing Microservices-based architectures. Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs and backend services. Expertise working with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development. Strong proficiency with PostgreSQL and SQL databases. Experience developing front-end applications using Angular (versions 13-16). Solid understanding of software engineering principles, application performance optimization, and secure coding practices. Experience working within Agile development environments and cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. These Will Help You Stand Out Experience using Python for automation, scripting, or application development. Knowledge of CI/DD pipelines, DevOps tools, and automated deployment practices. Experience in cloud migration and application modernization initiatives. Prior experience mentoring developers and providing technical leadership. Experience within insurance, financial services, or highly regulated industries. AWS certifications or other relevant cloud certifications. Salary And Compensation The annual salary for this position is anticipated to be between $81,337 and $136,500 , depending on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, eligible associates may participate in performance-based incentive programs and other compensation initiatives where applicable. Compensation decisions are based on multiple factors including skills, experience, certifications, business needs, and market conditions.
