Loader / Equipment Operator – Fast-Paced Yard (Growth Opportunity).

Premium Landscape Supply Co. is a high-standard, fast-moving yard —not a stand-around operation.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in working hard, operating equipment well, and staying efficient all day .

Who This Is For:

This is NOT for someone who:

• Wants to move slow or avoid physical work. 
• Needs constant direction. 
• Doesn’t care about organization or safety. 

What You’ll Do:

• Load customer vehicles and contractor trucks accurately and efficiently. 
• Operate skid steers, loaders, and forklifts. 
• Keep materials organized and yard clean.
• Support retail team and delivery drivers.
• Maintain equipment 
• Assist with unloading and restocking materials.

• Fast, accurate loads with zero mistakes. 
• Equipment operated safely and confidently. 
• Equipment is maintained with minimal down-time.
• Yard stays clean, organized, and efficient.

Requirements:

• Able to work outdoors in Texas conditions. 
• Physically capable and comfortable with labor. 
• Reliable and consistently early.
• Equipment experience preferred (we will train the right person). 

Pay & Growth:

• Hourly pay + performance-based bonuses. 
• Growth into: 
  • Lead operator. 
  • Driver. 

Schedule:

• Part-time or full-time. 
• Weekend work required.
