Maintenance Mechanic (Outside Machinist - Non-Automotive) – Full Time. Anaheim, CA. If you enjoy working with your hands, repairing large equipment, and love seeing how attractions operate at Disneyland Resort, this may be the job for you. Responsibilities Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heavy, industrial machinery used on Disneyland Resort attractions and ride vehicles. Perform functional checks, overhauls, maintenance, repair, and alterations of systems and equipment. Conduct quality checks of completed work on equipment. Basic Qualifications At least 18 years of age. Two or more years of direct experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in an industrial production facility. Schedule Availability Work night shifts and be available to work Sunday through Saturday, including holidays. Open to any shift—first, second, or third—and any required days off. Preferred Qualifications Experience with micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and standard machinist tools. Proficiency with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Familiarity with pump and shaft alignment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals. Computer proficiency. Skilled in using fall protection, boatswain’s chair, power scaffold, and positioning equipment. Experience with shop equipment such as drill press, hydraulic press, grinders, sanders, and band saws. Knowledge of hoists, lifting and jacking devices, powered carts, man lifts, and lift trucks. Safe use of ladders, stairs, and structures; ability to work at heights up to 200feet for Disneyland California Adventure. The pay rate for this role in California is $40.02 to $48.73 per hour, following the pay scale agreed upon in the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
