What Youll Be Doing as the Billing Specialist

• Manage billing processes from setup through invoicing and adjustments
• Review contracts, pricing details, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy
• Prepare and distribute invoices across multiple formats and systems
• Partner with internal teams and clients to resolve billing questions or discrepancies
• Maintain organized billing records, including project documentation and updates
• Participate in billing reviews and help ensure deadlines are met

Preferred Qualifications for the Billing Specialist

• Associates degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Experience with billing or accounting processes in a professional setting
• Familiarity with project-based or contract billing is a plus
• Comfort working with Excel and accounting or ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
