Senior Java Developer/Technical Lead

Vendors - we are looking for a Senior Java Developer who will act as a Technical Lead. They do not need "Tech Lead experience" - manager said a good Senior Developer will be mentoring junior/mid-level developers; doing code review and take responsibility on driving the technical delivery of the applications. That is what this person will be doing.

Positive: this position is great for someone who wants to grow into a Technical Lead role (that is the official title) but has not been an official tech lead in the past.

Skills: Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST API's, PL/SQL Preferred: Kafka, Kubernetes (K8)

Experience Band: 8-10 Years Primary Skill Set: Java 8, Spring Boot Secondary Skill Set: PL/SQL (Nice to have) Interview Process: one and done video interview Rate Target: $$$/hr C2C - we can try to push to $$$0/hr C2C but that is the max.

Key expectations:

• Expert in Java 8, Microservices, Spring Boot, Rest API, Kafka
• Experience with Kubernetes (K8), Junits and Mockito
• Should be able to lead, guide and review deliverables of 4-5 developers.
• Should have experience of working with fast paced Agile teams.
• Should be self-driven and be able to take technical ownership of deliverables.
