Business Analyst

Business AnalystWe are seeking a Business Integration Analyst for a role based in Huntington Beach, CA. This position will support business integration and change initiatives across commercial, logistics, supply chain, and operational functions. The role involves identifying opportunities to standardize, simplify, and improve business processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport business integration and change initiatives across commercial, logistics, supply chain, and operational functions.Identify opportunities to standardize, simplify, and improve business processes.Document current and future-state processes and support implementation of improvements.Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Develop metrics, dashboards, reports, and leadership presentations to track performance and integration progress.Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve issues, and drive project execution.Facilitate meetings and communicate project status, risks, and recommendations.Maintain project plans, timelines, documentation, action items, and process materials.Support development of standard operating procedures, training materials, and other change-management documentation.Required QualificationsA bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Operations, or a related field.3+ years of experience in business analysis, business integration, project coordination, operations, supply chain, or a related area.Experience supporting business transformation, integration, or change-management initiatives.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across functional teams.Preferred QualificationsExperience in manufacturing, industrial, energy, mining, metals, chemicals, or a related industry.Knowledge of commercial operations, logistics, transportation, or supply chain processes.Experience with process improvement and optimization.Experience with SAP or another ERP system.Familiarity with project management and business process mapping.Key SkillsBusiness Process ImprovementChange ManagementData Analysis & ReportingProject CoordinationStakeholder ManagementCross-Functional CollaborationProblem SolvingCommunication & PresentationEverforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
