Job Summary

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are looking for a fast-paced work environment where you will be able to influence the direction of a new company. As a Box Office Team Member you will be responsible for safety and customer service excellence. You will work to ensure customers leave safe and happy.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest service experience during sales transactions and inquiries
• Work with fellow team members to meet guest needs and daily goals
• Create a safe and fun atmosphere for your team and your guests
• Complete transactions for employees and guide guests through their experience at Lumberjack Feud
• Work in multiple areas including admissions, photography, kitchen, guest service and more!
• Promote our mission of Creating OMG Experiences!

Qualifications

• Strong team player with adaptability
• Decisive and able to quickly make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly and guest-centric
• Able and willing to work flexible schedules/shifts
• Previous tourism/entertainment experience is a plus
