About Our Hospital


We've been caring for Huntsville's pets for over 30 years with excellence, empathy, and innovation. Our hospital is AAHA accredited, Fear Free certified, and a Cat Friendly Practice through AAFP. We operate out of two beautiful buildings: a full-service hospital and a brand-new cutting-edge wellness center.


We also run a vibrant Dog Day Camp-complete with camper birthday parties and pool parties that bring energy and fun to the entire team.

What We're Looking For


We're seeking a Customer Service Representative with:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service setting
• Understands that clear, effective communication with clients and team members is a priority
• Comfortable with handling payments, a multi-line phone system, email and other means of client reporting
• Familiarity with Avimark is a plus
• Strong willingness to maintain a clean, presentable environment
• A team-first attitude and commitment to a positive work culture

Schedule & Benefits

• Compensation: Starting at $16/hour, based on experience
• Schedule: 10-hour shifts (rotating Saturdays)
