Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – 12-Hour Shifts

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care:

• Lead and support nursing assistants to ensure excellent patient care

• Administer medications safely and accurately per physician orders

• Complete admission, discharge, and transfer documentation

• Conduct daily rounds and prioritize care in a fast-paced environment

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes

We’re seeking nurses who lead with compassion and professionalism:

• Active LPN license (as required by the state)

• Availability to work every other weekend

• Compliance with state healthcare background requirements

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Knowledge of healthcare safety, sanitation, and best practices

• Ability to build positive relationships with residents and families

• Professional, reliable, and able to thrive under pressure
