Position Summary

As a Junior Account Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our borrowers and a key driver of our sales pipeline. You'll handle inbound and outbound communication, qualify deals, support loan applications, and work closely with senior Account Executives to move deals forward.

This is a high-activity, in-office role designed for individuals who are competitive, coachable, and motivated to grow quickly within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for new borrower leads via phone, email, and web inquiries
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to qualify new opportunities
• Ask the right questions to assess borrower eligibility and deal fit
• Assist prospects in completing loan applications and gathering required documentation
• Route qualified, high-intent leads to senior Account Executives
• Follow up on incomplete applications and nurture pipeline opportunities
• Maintain accurate records, notes, and activity tracking in Salesforce CRM
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and deal flow coordination
