Paint Line Helper

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial services in Appleton, is seeking a Paint Line Operator to join their team. As a Paint Line Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Paint Line

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range: $17.00 per hour

Shift: Night shift (9:00 PM - 5:00 AM, Monday to Friday)

What's the Job?

• Load parts onto the paint line following production schedules and work orders

• Unload painted parts from the line and prepare them for subsequent processing

• Ensure proper distribution of wire hooks on the conveyor line

• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the work area

• Assist team members to meet production goals efficiently

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training provided

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

• Reliable and punctual attendance

• Physical ability to perform heavier work tasks
