Truck Coordinator

This role blends dispatching, relationship management, and persuasion, working closely with owner-operators to move freight efficiently. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, comfort influencing decisions, and the ability to build trust with independent drivers. As the primary link between drivers, customers, and internal teams, you’ll coordinate freight, problem-solve in real time, and learn how to balance service, efficiency, and profitability. This position is onsite Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm. Physical requirements may include: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, handling documents, and using office equipment. Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds as needed. Clear verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and stakeholders.
