In this role, you will remain visible to help deter security-related incidents while contributing to a caring, reliable team that values integrity, innovation, and people-first service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.08 / Hour Job Schedule: Friday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Saturday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sunday: 07:00 AM - 03:01 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a public transportation location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions in required reports. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, parking locations, roadways, and perimeter access points as assigned. Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify authorized entry when required, and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel. Support a professional presence that may help to deter unauthorized activity while assisting visitors, employees, and/or contractors with directions and general information. Minimum Requirements: Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
