Location: Fairfield, PA to Chambersburg, PA Pay Rate: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour Position Type: Part-Time / School-Based Hours

Join Our Team as a Compassionate Private Duty Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care for a pediatric patient who is visually impaired and requires G-tube support during transportation and school hours.

Schedule

• School-day hours
• Transportation assistance between Fairfield, PA and Chambersburg, PA
• Consistent weekly schedule aligned with the school calendar

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care for a pediatric patient.
• Monitor and manage G-tube feedings and care.
• Accompany and support the patient during transportation to and from school.
• Monitor the patient's overall health and well-being throughout the school day.
• Document care provided and communicate any changes in condition.
• Collaborate with family members, school personnel, and clinical supervisors as needed.
• Ensure a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment for the patient.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience with G-tube care preferred (training may be available for the right candidate).
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
