About the Role Experienced or Senior Procurement Agent Company: The Boeing Company Position Location: Hazelwood, MO. This role is part of Boeing Global Services (BGS) Government Training Team. Position Responsibilities Develop procurement and supply chain solutions, strategies and policies to support customer requirements. Develop and execute company strategic business goals and objectives. Consult on proposal analyses and development of negotiation strategies. Formalize procurement requirements with customers and lead the supplier negotiation process. Prepare and execute negotiated documents. Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. Manage contract terminations. Develop organization and company improvement plans. Basic Qualifications (Required) 3+ years of experience with procurement in a defense and/or government environment. 3+ years of experience with Supply Chain Systems and Tools. 3+ years of experience and/or training with the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA). Preferred Qualifications (Desired) Experience with Strategic Agreements. Experience with Teaming Agreements. Additional Requirements Successful candidates must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process. Total Rewards & Pay Transparency Base pay ranges: Experienced – $88,400.00 – $119,600.00; Senior – $110,500.00 – $149,500.00.
