About This Role The Registered Nurse in the Ambulatory Care Clinic at NYU Langone Health is responsible for providing patient care with a focus on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This role is ideal for a compassionate nurse with at least one year of Med/Surg experience. Highlights Pay: $60.68 - $74.67 Hourly Location: New York, NY Facility: NYU Langone Orthopedic Hospital Department/Unit: Ambulatory Care Clinic Schedule: Part-Time, Day shift What You'll Do Collect patient healthcare data systematically and on an ongoing basis. Demonstrate knowledge of the NYU Langone Health Core Values. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and promote collegial relationships. Participate in coordination of unit activities to provide patient care. Support the mission, philosophy, and standards of the institution. Differentiate professional nursing practice from activities that may be delegated. Participate in Unit Practice Council and Nursing Wide Councils. Engage in quality improvement programs and activities. Maintain awareness of current evidence-based practice. Educate patients and families to facilitate health adjustments.
