Job Summary and Qualifications: What qualifications you will need: 1+ years experience in a healthcare setting Experience in a particular trade such as mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, boilers, stationary operating engineer, etc. Certification preferred but not required ABILITIES Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing in English. Ability to read and understand facility drawings and technical documentation. Ability to work with computer applications including e‑mail, building automation systems, computerized maintenance management systems, fire alarm systems, etc. Good critical thinking skills to understand and be able to troubleshoot mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems.
