Job Description

Commercial HVACR Field Service & Commissioning Specialist — Toledo

Location: Toledo, Ohio (serving the greater Toledo area with travel as needed)

A day in this role

Your morning kicks off in the Toledo area, truck stocked and tools ready. First stop: commissioning a rooftop packaged unit, dialing in ventilation rates, verifying humidity control, and confirming the energy management sequences are behaving exactly as designed. By midday, you pivot to a service call on a water-source heat pump, pinpoint an intermittent fault, and complete a clean, efficient repair. In the afternoon, you debrief a junior tech you’re mentoring, share best practices, and close the day with crisp notes and clear customer communication. You work independently, troubleshoot methodically, and keep projects organized and on time.

What you’ll handle

• Start-up/commissioning and service of commercial HVAC systems across air-conditioning, heating, ventilation, humidity control, and energy/controls management.
• Hands-on troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs to return systems to peak performance.

We’re growing and supporting both seasoned professionals and entry-level technicians eager to learn.
