This unique opportunity allows you to work with children in both outpatient pediatric therapy in Beaver Dam and Birth to 3 early intervention services in Dodge County supporting development during the most critical early years of life.

Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited school with a minimum of a bachelors degree in physical therapy.
Licensed by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a physical therapist.
