Store Manager

We are an independent franchisee of Arco AM/PM and are now hiring for a full-time Store Manager for our gas station location in N Lamb, Las Vegas. We are looking for a team leader, that is hands-on, can motivate and inspire others.

Must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment and able to hold team members accountable. Store managers must be capable of leading as well as managing a team. Must have prior work experience in convenience stores, fast food, or retail establishments. And be capable of working a flexible 6-day work schedule. Prior work experience in an Arco AM/PM convenience stores is a plus.

Store Manager Job Responsibilities-

• Motivate employees and handle employee misconduct
• Handle scheduling, invoicing, and back-office paperwork
• Cashiering and basic sales associate tasks
• Deliver quality customer service
• Resolve customer disputes
• Maintain and implement corporate and company standards
• Analyze monthly sales to improve profit margins, sales, and evaluate inventory
• Train and guide new employees
• Coach and motivate your team (including the car wash employees)
• Develop and implement sales/up-selling strategies to boost store/car wash sales

Requirements-

• Must have prior management experience in convenience stores, fast food, or retail
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must be able to work 6 days a week and 45 hours weekly
• At least 3 years of sales/retail experience
• At least 2 years of management experience
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Must have basic computer skills
• Must be able to obtain TAM Card, Sheriff Card, and Health Card
• Must be drug-free, background check applicable
• Dependable, trustworthy, and hardworking

Essential Job Functions

• Lifting heavy stock (35 LB)
• Standing 8 hours daily
• Using a computer for 3 hours daily
• Moving in and out of Cooler/Freezer
• Bending/Squatting multiple times
• Standing and performing physical labor 8 hours daily
