Commercial Roofing Account Manager

The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a leadingresidential and commercial roofing contractor in Denver, CO and we a relooking to hire a dependable and experienced Commercial Account Manager tomanage the lifecycle of commercial roofing projects-from prospecting &inspections to contract signing and project completion at this location. In this role you will generate new business, educateclients and decision-makers, collaborate with estimating and production teams, anddeliver the exceptional customer experience we're known for. Your goal is tomake every project seamless, transparent, and results-driven. What You’ll Do Commercial Account Managers (CAMs) are trustedadvisors, problem-solvers, and relationship builders. Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify,research, and pursue commercial roofing opportunities within assignedmarket Conductproperty inspections & visual assessments to determine project scope Buildrelationships with property managers, facility directors, building owners,and key stakeholders Representthe company at networking events and trade shows Educatecustomers on roofing options, restoration vs. replacement strategies,insurance claims, and the company’s proposition Prepareand present proposals with the estimating team Presentcontracts and guide customers through the signing process Serveas the primary contact throughout sales and pre-production Coordinatewith estimating team to define scopes and meet deadlines Coordinatewith production team to meet timelines and project requirements Manageprojects from contract through final invoicing Conductfinal walk-throughs, collect final payments, and request reviews orreferrals CRM & Documentation Maintainaccurate records in AccuLynx Uploaddocuments and prepare complete job files for production Organizeproject photos in CompanyCam or similar platform What We Are Looking For Qualifications 2+years of experience in commercial roofing, construction sales, or propertyservices Experienceworking with building owners, property managers, or general contractors Experienceusing CRM systems (AccuLynx preferred) and project tracking tools Additional Skills & Attributes Abilityto prospect, build a sales pipeline, and close deals independently Abilityto walk roofs, climb ladders, and work at heights Strongcommunication and relationship-building skills Validdriver's license and reliable transportation What You Can Expect: Competitive compensation: Base salary + uncappedcommission or commission-only structure (based on experience andqualifications) Paidtime off to rest and recharge (for hourly/salary roles) Savingsand retirement options Leadershipdevelopment and training Clearcareer pathways across regions and roles Aculture that cares about your well-being If you're a motivated sales professional who enjoys buildinglasting client relationships and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focusedenvironment, we'd love to hear from you.
