Confidential Boutique Practice | Palm Beach County to Boca Raton, FL Our client is a boutique mobile physical therapy practice redefining what care can look like. They deliver personalized, one on one care in the comfort of clients' homes, without the constraints of a traditional clinic model. The Opportunity One on one, hour long sessions in a client's home, with a treatment table and all equipment provided No insurance billing and significantly less documentation than a typical outpatient clinic Build real relationships with patients over time, rather than rotating through a packed daily schedule Weekly schedule provided in advance so you can plan with confidence (max 5 patients per day) Serving clients throughout Palm Beach County to Boca Raton Compensation $100 to $130 per hour, based on experience (1099) - Annually ~ $180,000-$220,000 Daily travel stipend Biweekly pay Schedule Flexible, 4 to 5 days per week. The practice runs seasonally, busiest November through May, with more flexibility available in the summer months. Required Skills & Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program Active Florida PT license in good standing, with board exams passed 2+ years of clinical experience preferred; strong new graduates encouraged to apply Strong manual therapy and hands-on treatment skills, with the ability to design individualized home based treatment plans Comfortable working independently with minimal on-site supervision or support staff Excellent time management and ability to self-manage a mobile daily schedule Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm, confident bedside manner Comfortable and reliable with driving to clients' homes across the service area Adaptable to a private pay, concierge style model rather than a traditional clinic setting Basic comfort with digital scheduling and documentation platforms #J-18808-Ljbffr MDC Executive Search
