Internal Medicine - Geriatrics Physician

Role Overview This position involves providing primary care services in a senior-focused outpatient setting within a retirement community. The provider will join a team of physicians and mid-level practitioners to deliver comprehensive healthcare tailored to older adults. Key Responsibilities Deliver outpatient primary care to residents, mainly through scheduled visits, with minimal walk-in and light phone call duties. Manage a patient volume of 16-20 patients daily, ensuring quality care and attention. Participate in a collaborative team environment with other healthcare providers. Provide care in a setting that emphasizes holistic wellness across various levels of senior living. Qualifications & Skills Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Geriatrics experience or training is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
