Carpenter Lead

Job Description Job Description Job Title: Lead Carpenter - Pay Commensurate with Experience/Negotiable We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and be able to lead a team of carpenters in completing projects from start to finish. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the construction of projects from start to finish. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents. Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and other professionals involved in the project. Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail throughout the project. Perform carpentry tasks including framing, installation of doors and windows, finish carpentry, and other related work. Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team of carpenters. Proficient in carpentry techniques, tools, and equipment. Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
