Land Acquisition Manager

As a Land Acquisition Manager, you will work with our industry-leading home building team to identify, assess, and secure prime land purchase locations for our communities. Our Land Acquisition Managerswork autonomously to negotiate land acquisitions, perform sophisticated land use and financial analysis, and negotiate purchase agreements. Theyalso participate in due diligence, includingconcept land planning, environmental, utility system, and title analysis.Those who are deal-oriented and understand the dynamics and challenges of the local land market in the current real estate climate will be challenged and feel rewarded in this role.
