The individual manages all aspects of a highly complex and visible program(s) for the DuPont enterprise. Establishes detailed program plans. Develops business cases/cost benefit analyses. Identifies and coordinates all necessary resources. The individual in this role will be responsible for creating, maintaining and managing all contracts (Manufacturing Product agreements, Contract Manufacturing agreements, Operation Service agreements, Transition Service agreements, Site Service agreements) between DuPont, Corteva, Dow, Celanese, TJC, Electronics Co, FMC, and Chemours. DuPont may be the seller / provider and / or the buyer / recipient of products and / or services.Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesDESIGN AND STAND THE TSA AND OPERATING AGREEMENTS BUSINESS PROCESS COMPETENCY: Design comprehensive managing process to support run & maintain activitiesCreate necessary monitoring tools to enable efficient issues management tracking processImplement governance rituals and lead disciplined engagements with businesses and third parties SETTING UP CONTRACTS:Create contracts – terms & conditions including pricingOrganize processTrack process to create contracts including change controlSet-up relationships between legal entitiesExecute contractsADMINISTER CONTRACTS:Maintain and administer contracts post-closingLead issues management process, resolve escalated issuesTrack past due paymentTerminate contractsEducation & ExperienceRequired:Bachelor’s degree (in Business or Finance preferred) or a related field10+ years experience in Contract AdministrationBusiness process (S&OP, Product Line management, Manufacturing) related experience working in a similar roleContract and Project ManagementAttention to detailSound networking – within the company and across companiesDemonstrated LeadershipPreferred:MBA or Master’s degree in a related fieldGlobal M&A experienceSupply Chain#LI-EH1
