Summary Provide exceptional luxury retail service as a brand ambassador, building client relationships and delivering elevated in-store experiences to drive loyalty and sales. Use strong communication and entrepreneurial skills to meet commercial targets and cultivate repeat business while embodying brand values. Responsibilities Deliver memorable client experiences using the brand selling approach. Develop and maintain client relationships and capture client data. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. Drive repeat business and convert clients through discovery and styling. Execute hospitality and store amenities to enhance the in-store experience. Leverage client feedback and NPS program behaviors to improve service. Use POS and client tracking systems during sales interactions. Requirements Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client service experience. Proven track record of achieving commercial results. Ability to connect with diverse clients and provide personalized service. Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
