Virtual Child & Family Therapist Measurement-Based Care

Hazel Health, via Little Otter, seeks a Licensed Child & Family Therapist to provide evidence-based virtual therapy to children and families. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and use standardized measures to guide care in a national telehealth model.
