Join our organization as a dedicated and empathetic Occupational Therapist, where you will assist patients in a skilled nursing facility. Your role will focus on helping individuals with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities to regain or enhance their daily living skills while exploring a new environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Occupational Therapy license in Illinois is mandatory to commence the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be necessary.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
• Prior experience in restorative care, ADL training, and cognitive or upper-extremity rehabilitation is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with electronic medical records documentation is preferred.
• Familiarity with Medicare and long-term care reimbursement processes is a plus.
• Previous travel therapy experience is desirable.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 08:30 AM - 04:30 PM.
• Work Schedule: Five 8-hour shifts each week.
• Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week.
