Overview Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physician Location: Charlotte, North Carolina Job Type: Full-Time We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a well-established, patient-centered primary care practice in Charlotte, NC. Position Highlights Full-time, outpatient primary care practice New physician position with an established and growing organization Competitive compensation package Collaborative multidisciplinary team Focus on preventive and personalized patient care Compensation Salary Range: $200,000 – $350,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications) Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients. Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions. Perform preventive health screenings, annual wellness visits, and routine physical examinations. Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate patient care. Educate patients on disease prevention, health maintenance, and lifestyle modifications. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care. Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine . Active U.S. Medical License (or eligibility to obtain a North Carolina license). 3–20 years of Primary Care experience preferred. Graduate of a U.S. medical school . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.
