Coordinate care delivery and conduct reviews of services to determine the appropriate level of care by utilizing standardized testing measures, as well as safe, clinically appropriate care. Provide pre-admission and concurrent reviews for behavioral health levels of care, and coordinate daily administrative and clinical operations. What You'll Need: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in the state of IN or KY Current or active CPR Certification 2-4 years of experience in mental health and/or long-term care Benefits Available to You: Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off
