Senior Manager, Data Production Operations

Ensures accurate and timely completion of customer reports.Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary duties may include, but are not limited to:Leads the Data Production team and Data Production leadership group for the Global Data Production Team.Develops and implements Global Data Production operational business plans, strategies and organization design that are consistent with short- and long-term objectives of TDW.Evaluates and assigns workload globally to ensure metrics and workloads are achieved.Formulates and manages departmental budget to maximize return on investment.Analyzes and appraises (regularly and systematically) the effectiveness of the Global Data Production operations to ensure that customer expectations and objectives are met, corporate policies observed, and prompt corrective action is taken when necessary.Ensures proper certifications for Data Production are current and training is conducted according to internal and regulatory requirements.Ensures technical proficiency appropriate to meet customer and market requirements and Global Data Production operations are conducted with a focus on quality, timeliness of service, and efficiency.Evaluates monthly Data Production status reports to keep management and staff apprised of department activity and makes adjustments to plans as appropriate.Continuously evaluates and ensures that key customers are being properly prioritized based on annual run awards and turnaround expectations through developing relationships with key customers and managing escalated customer support needs.Evaluate, develop and monitor QA/QC KPI’s to drive continuous data quality improvement throughout the global organization.Responsible for process improvement globally by reviewing all production work-flow processes to identify bottlenecks and develop more efficient processes to achieve maximum throughput. Works closely with software development, Data Science team(s), and IT to continuously improves inspection software.Looks for new developments which can be incorporated into the service/product offerings to our customers,In conjunction with GTS (Global Training Support), develops and implements training programs and monitors development. Selects, evaluates, develops and leads employees to ensure a qualified workforce necessary to meet company objectives while complying with EEO and Affirmative Action guidelines. Sets personal objectives, provides fair and constructive feedback, assesses accurately employee performance, training needs, areas for improvement and possibility of future growth within the organization, and ensures training & development needs are addressed,.Develops positive team dynamics to ensure high performance.Develops positive team dynamics to ensure high performance.Knowledge and Experience Required:Bachelor’s degree in a technical or operational discipline required.Minimum of seven to ten years management/supervisory experienceValid passport and the ability to travel internationally.Working knowledge of engineering challenges of a pipeline environment and the application of pipeline inspection equipment is preferred.High level of expertise in the use of in-line inspection software programs preferred.Thorough understanding of In-Line Inspection equipment and processes exhibited through documented certification is preferred.Experience planning and tracking workflow through Data Production preferred.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficient in the use of personal computers; Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel software skill at the Intermediate Level.SummaryLocation: USA, UT, Salt Lake CityType: Full time
