Senior Full Stack Developer

Support Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) application build, maintenance, and enhancements. Analyze, design, configure, test, and implement PB-related requirements and workflows. Troubleshoot production issues, service requests, and defects related to professional billing operations. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Epic solutions. Support charge capture, claims management, reimbursement workflows, and revenue cycle optimization. Participate in upgrade activities, integrated testing, regression testing, and go-live support. Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, and knowledge repositories. Provide end-user support, root cause analysis, and process improvement recommendations. Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations, organizational standards, and change management processes. Work closely with cross-functional Epic teams including HB, Cadence, Prelude, Ambulatory, and Reporting teams when required. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2–4 years of experience supporting Epic Professional Billing (PB) projects or managed services. Working knowledge of healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with incident management, service requests, change requests, and enhancement activities. Preferred Qualifications Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Certification. Prior experience supporting large healthcare organizations or managed services engagements. Knowledge of Agile delivery methodology and ITIL processes. Key Responsibilities 1.
