If you are passionate about contributing to accurate diagnostics and enjoy working directly with patients, this position provides a rewarding pathway for professional growth.– Greet patients upon arrival, creating a welcoming and trusting atmosphere – Assist with patient check-in via self-service kiosks or handheld tablets – Perform venipuncture and specimen collection following established procedures – Maintain the integrity of the waiting area, ensuring cleanliness and organization – Support team members by covering breaks and assisting with workload management – Handle patient inquiries and concerns with care, compassion, and professionalism – Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of specimen collection activities – Contribute to maintaining a safe, professional, and compliant environment– Proven ability to handle patients with care and sensitivity – Strong customer service skills and experience in a client-facing role – Adept at data entry and keyboarding with attention to detail – Capable of working accurately and efficiently under supervision – Basic knowledge of phlebotomy techniques and specimen processing – Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written– High school diploma or equivalent required; no exceptions – Minimum of 1-2 years of direct customer service experience, such as retail or health aide roles – Prior phlebotomy experience, including internships or externships – Reliable transportation to and from the worksite, within a 20-25 minute commute – Flexibility to work various shifts, including coverage for breaks and staffing shortages – Ability to work both in the lobby assisting with patient check-in and in the lab draw room – Candidates currently enrolled in school should ensure their academic schedule does not conflict with shifts – Willingness to learn and grow within the organization, demonstrating organizational commitmentIf you are dedicated to delivering compassionate patient care and possess the necessary skills and experience, we invite you to apply and join our team.
