This role is integral to a thriving clinical practice located within the state's sole NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center, in collaboration with a prominent cancer institute.

This position offers a remarkable chance to work in a cutting-edge environment alongside esteemed specialists, with responsibilities spanning several hospitals within our network, including locations in New Brunswick, Hamilton, and Somerset.

The Radiation Oncologist will be instrumental in providing top-notch, evidence-based cancer treatment throughout the care continuum. This physician will work closely with a dynamic, multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes while aiding in the ongoing expansion and enhancement of oncology services across the organization.

• Deliver comprehensive radiation oncology services, encompassing evaluation, treatment planning, simulation, administration, and follow-up care.

• Employ an evidence-based, collaborative approach in conjunction with a complete cancer care team.

• Collaborate with specialists in palliative care, psychology, social work, rehabilitation services (PT/OT/Speech), nutrition, nursing, medical physics, and dosimetry.

• Contribute to program development and growth initiatives while fostering strong relationships with referring physicians.

• Engage in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing clinical outcomes and standardizing care delivery.

• Maintain a professional demeanor that is collaborative, responsive, and focused on patient care.

• Comply with all regulatory standards, including corporate policies, codes of conduct, and conflict of interest guidelines.

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Radiation Oncology.

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey.

• Proven ability to function effectively within a multidisciplinary oncology team.

• Dedication to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
