Job Description Job Description This growing FQHC - Multispeciality group has multiple openings for board-certified or board-eligible Family Practice physicians at locations throughout Greater Phoenix, Pinal, and Maricopa County. This position is open to candidates requiring visa sponsorship and offers student loan forgiveness programs.
