Shift Information:

• Monday-Friday, Standard Business Hours, Onsite Position!
• Pay range starts at $50-55+/hr!
• 6+ Month contract to start! This is a W2 Contract (No 1099/C2C), with a possibility of extension or conversion beyond the original duration based on performance & budget at that time.

Job Description:

• Position is primarily responsible for researching, writing, editing, and maintaining technical documentation for new and existing medical devices, with a strong focus on external end-user materials, including Instructions for Use (IFUs), patient manuals, clinician guides, and regulated product labeling.
• Position will also be responsible for collaborating with Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, and Marketing teams to gather technical information, ensure documentation accuracy, and maintain compliance with medical device labeling requirements and internal documentation standards.
• Position will be in charge of managing multiple documentation projects independently, utilizing content management and document control systems to organize, revise, track, and release technical documentation while ensuring version control, accuracy, and timely completion in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline, Communications, Science, English, or equivalent is required!
• 3+ years of recent technical writing experience within the medical device industry is required!
• Direct experience developing external end-user documentation, including IFUs, patient manuals, and/or clinician guides, is required!
• Hands-on experience working with content management systems (CMS) is required!
• Experience with regulated medical device labeling requirements, documentation standards, and document control processes is required!
• Strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, and the ability to independently manage multiple projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams is required!
• Experience with structured content management platforms such as AIT, Vasont, or comparable systems is preferred!
• Experience with PTC Windchill, documentation releases, and version control within a regulated environment is preferred!
