Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Tower Lodge is currently actively seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPNs) to join our dynamic and supportive nursing team. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing nursing care within their scope of practice, ensuring resident safety, and supporting the development and implementation of individualized care plans. Currently looking PT, Mid-shift and Overnight shift New LPN’s are Welcome Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care in accordance with facility policies and standards Monitor, record, and report vital signs and changes in residents’ conditions Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and medication administration Perform clinical treatments including dressing changes, specimen collection, and other procedures within scope Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights Attend required trainings, in-services, and staff meetings Compensation Hourly compensation starting at $32.00 with full benefits, up to $38.00 with no frills Weekend Differentials Sign on bonus Baylor Option Available Benefits Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Company-paid life insurance Generous paid time off (PTO) package Qualifications Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of New Jersey Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Previous experience in Skilled Nursing Facility / Nursing home preferred Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care Occasional weekend shifts may be required.
