We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a dedicated healthcare team in Exeter, NH. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support while working in a fast-paced clinical environment.

✅ Requirements:
• Active New Hampshire CNA License/Certification
• Minimum 3 Years of Recent CNA Experience
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Take and document vital signs
• Support patient mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Maintain a safe and clean patient environment
• Collaborate with nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient care
