Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Patient's Location: CORAL GABLES, FL 33134 Job Summary Homeside Rehab is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. Responsibilities Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care. Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure coordinated and effective treatment Communicate effectively with office staff, patients, and caregivers Other responsibilities may include: Evaluating and treating patients with a range of speech and language disorders, including but not limited to: articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including speech therapy assistants, nurses, and physicians, to ensure comprehensive care Maintaining accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment Qualifications Active NYS Speech Language Pathologist (Required) Basic computer literacy for documentation and communication Preferred: 1 year of experience in Home Health, Outpatient, or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings Strong clinical and interpersonal skills Schedule Flexibility Choose your own hours Day and evening shifts available Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed Location CORAL GABLES, FL 33134 (in person) Compensation From $80.00 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications) Why Join Homeside Rehab?
