Apartment Make Ready Technician
Location: Lansing, KS
Pay: $23.00/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Apartment Make Ready Technician to prepare apartments for new residents. This position includes basic maintenance, touch-up painting, trash-outs, and general apartment turn services.
Responsibilities:
- Complete apartment make-readies between tenants
- Perform touch-up painting and basic painting projects
- Conduct trash-outs for abandoned apartments and remove debris
- Complete light maintenance tasks as needed
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Respond to on-call maintenance needs when required
- Follow directions and work independently
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license required
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Previous apartment maintenance or make-ready experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Reliable and available for on-call needs
- Painting experience preferred
