We're looking for a Personal Lines Producer who wants to contribute to that culture while helping us grow.

As a Personal Lines Producer, you'll develop new business, strengthen relationships with existing clients, and help individuals and families find the right coverage for their needs. This is a sales role, but it's relationship-driven: we want clients who stay with us and team members who do, too.

What You'll Do

• Identify, qualify, and develop personal insurance opportunities with new and existing clients through phone, online, written, and in-person communication.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up, timely and accurate quotations, and excellent account support.

• Proactively identify opportunities to round existing accounts, increase appropriate coverage, win back former clients, and develop new business through networking and prospecting.

• Evaluate client needs and obtain competitive coverage and rates, prepare quotes, bind coverage, and coordinate required documentation such as inspections and photos.

• Present insurance options clearly and help clients understand their coverage, rates, and available solutions.

• Support clients throughout the renewal process with an emphasis on retention and long-term relationships.

• Track key sales activities and performance metrics while maintaining timely, accurate, and professional documentation.

• Collaborate with teammates, share expertise, answer questions, and contribute to a supportive and knowledgeable team environment.

• Maintain required continuing education and stay current on insurance products, coverage changes, legislation, technology, and industry developments.

What We're Looking For

• An active insurance license as required by the state and at least two years of personal lines insurance experience.

• Strong knowledge of personal insurance products, rating and underwriting procedures, coverages, and industry operations.

• A demonstrated ability to develop business and close sales while maintaining a client-first approach.

• Strong communication, presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

• A relationship-oriented professional who enjoys working with people and takes ownership of the client experience.

• Sound judgment, strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to work independently when needed.

• A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to the success and development of the team.

• Comfort working with agency management systems and other business technology.

• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
