What's Exciting? JDS is seeking an experienced sales professional to cornerstone of our growing team! As a key team member of this young organization, you can ensure that your voice is heard and your input is valued. Our Business Solutions Executive will focus on breaking and managing new client accounts in Michigan and throughout the US.

About the Role:

• Develop new client acquisition and business opportunities for target companies across IT and Engineering industries, and all US regions, with an emphasis on Michigan and metro Detroit.
• Ability to manage new accounts to ensure successful delivery, as well as to grow account business and renew contracts.
• Create go-to-market strategies and marketing content tailored to a self-directed targeted client list aligned with your network and industry strengths.
• Build a high-performance business development strategy along with the sales team.
• Develop and grow the client base via various communication channels and in-person meetings.
• Develop best practices for account-based marketing.
• Establish metrics and KPIs related to client acquisition, agreements, job orders, and contractor management.
• While our focus is IT/ Engineering and Professional, we create space for the BSE to sell across multiple industries, and with multiple service lines including Contingent Staffing, Direct Hire, RPO, and Recruiting On-Demand.

About YOU:

• Comfortable working remotely, with in-person client visits, and occasional in-person team meetings or events, based in Metro Detroit.
• 8+ years of staffing sales and/or (new) business development experience. Additional experience in RPO sales is helpful.
• Proven track record of success in breaking new accounts, penetrating existing accounts, and generating revenue.
• Hunger for success, creativity, self-directed initiative, strong integrity, and professional judgment.
• Strong understanding of the staffing market, sales strategies, and the importance of lasting relationships.
• Bring an existing book of business, strong industry relationships, and key target accounts.
• Excitement for sales strategy, marketing, and business growth in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to impact the growth of an exciting service option and build lasting internal and external relationships.
