Project AdministratorAVANTech, LLC solves some of the most challenging problems in the water industry – from being first responders to the Fukushima Nuclear Plant meltdown to implementing patented first-of-its-kind technology. AVANTech's goal is to improve the environment around us and support our clients with innovative sustainable water treatment solutions.We are seeking a highly organized and detail-orientated Project Administrator to support the successful execution of projects through strong coordination, documentation, and administrative oversight. This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing details, tracking progress, and ensuring processes run smoothly across teams.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and organize project documentation, including schedules, status reports, meeting notes and deliverablesCoordinate project activities, meetings, and communications across internal teams and stakeholdersTrack project timelines, milestones, and action items to ensure deadlines are metPrepare and distribute regular project updates, dashboards, and reportsMonitor project workflows and ensure tasks are properly documented and followed throughAssist project managers with planning, scheduling, and resource coordinationSupport onboarding of project team members by organizing materials and documentationMaintain project files and ensure version control and accuracy of recordsIdentify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and consistencyServe as a central point of contact for project-related administrative coordinationQualifications:3+ years of experience in project administration (e.g. project controls, project finance, procurement or related role)Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to follow established processes while proactively identifying improvementsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyExperience in project coordination or administrative support preferredExperience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet, or similar is preferred)Benefits:Job Type: Full-time, exempt, compensation based on experienceAVANTech, LLC is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer
