Catering Lead

Catering Lead Panera is looking for a Catering Lead to manage and produce catering orders, provide outstanding service, and support our internal teams. Key Responsibilities Manage and produce catering orders for guests. Create memorable experiences with warm, friendly service, effective communication, and proactive follow-ups. Assist with delivering orders to guests’ events. Strictly adhere to health and food safety standards. Maintain exceptional food quality standards. Build excitement and interest in Panera’s products and services. Market catering to local businesses, schools, and events. Assist and support Managers and Team Members as needed. Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust. Qualifications Minimum age: 18 years. Complete basic food safety training (Food Handler’s Card required). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Self‑starter with strong organizational and time‑management skills. Own vehicle with acceptable driving record for delivery. Flexible availability including nights and weekends. Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 25–50 pounds and stand/walk up to 3 hours. Clear communication in a loud environment.
