Outpatient Therapist - Mental Health

Location : Exton, PA (Additional future openings may be available in Phoenixville, PA for the Substance Use Program) Job Type : Full-Time | Part-Time | Per Diem Compensation : Fee-for-Service (FFS) - $30+/Billable Hour Key Responsibilities Conduct psychosocial and diagnostic assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, and group therapy Perform crisis assessments and stabilization when needed Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings Coordinate care with community providers and support systems Deliver evidence-based, client-centered care Qualifications Required Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related behavioral health field Eligible to work as a therapist in Pennsylvania Preferred LPC, LCSW, PsyD, LMFT, or other behavioral health licensure One year of behavioral health experience Experience providing outpatient therapy New graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates working toward licensure are welcome. Clinical supervision toward full licensure is available. Schedule Flexible Full-Time or Part-Time schedules Daytime hours available Evening availability is highly preferred Weekend opportunities available Compensation Fee-for-Service (FFS) model
