Minimum Requirements 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) specializing in SNF / LTC. Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license within the state of practice (NJ). Licensed or in immediate process to obtain PTA licensure in NJ.
