Job Details Job Location: 0401 Plant 401 Freehold - Freehold, NJ 07728 Work Schedule Overnight early morning hours, starting at 1am/2am. Number of shift hours vary by route. Holidays and weekends are mandatory. Job Summary This is an entry level non-exempt position that primarily requires driving. Under the direction of the Distribution Center Manager (DCM) or the Assistant Distribution Manager (ADM), the employee performs manual labor aspects of distribution center operations along with assigned driving tasks. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Prepare and deliver assigned routes, maintaining established service levels. Perform other driving tasks such as delivery verifications and delivery of replacement copies. Maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintain safety and cleanliness of the work area. Other Functions Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Competencies Action Oriented Listening Functional / Technical Skills Customer Focus Perseverance Integrity and Trust Patience Time Management Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Technical and Functional Must have and maintain access to a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license in state of residence, driving record in adherence with PCF guidelines, and automobile insurance at limits required by PCF. Ability to use the internet and learn PCF applications. Ability to meet and/or exceed established customer service objectives. Ability to communicate information professionally and effectively. Required Physical Abilities Ability to routinely lift heavy items. Ability to perform route delivery, including going in and out of vehicle, throwing and walking. Ability to move around the facility, both inside and outside. Working Environment Ability to meet deadlines and attendance standards. Ability to work weekends and early morning hours. Ability to work in a warehouse type environment. Ability to function at night in adverse conditions. Ability to work within safety guidelines. Experience No previous experience required.
