Enviroscapes is looking for a bilingual HR Coordinator fluent in English and Spanish to join our growing team. If you're organized, professional, great with people, and enjoy making employees feel welcomed and supported, we want to meet you!

Spanish/English bilingual communication skills are strongly preferred for this position. You'll play an important role in supporting our employees and helping create a positive experience throughout their time with Enviroscapes.

What You'll Do

As an HR Coordinator, you'll provide administrative and employee support across a variety of HR functions, including:

• Provide an extraordinary employee experience by responding to questions and requests with professionalism and care.
• Communicate with employees in English and Spanish as needed.
• Assist with employee background checks and online investigation requests.
• Reconcile invoices, benefits statements, and other HR-related invoices.
• Manage uniform inventory, ordering, distribution, and payroll deduction processes.
• Support recruiting and talent acquisition activities, including career fairs and phone interviews.
• Conduct audits of payroll, benefits, and other HR programs and recommend corrective action when needed.
• Organize and assist with new employee orientation.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and files.
• Prepare correspondence and HR documents as requested.
• Perform administrative duties including ordering supplies, copying, scanning, mailing, and emailing documents.
• Assist with other HR-related projects and responsibilities as needed.

You should have:

• Fluency in English and Spanish strongly preferred
• Strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A working understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• A professional attitude and a commitment to making every interaction with employees, clients, vendors, and visitors a positive experience-not just a transaction
• A high level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
